If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return the items within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
2. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at jaduromi@jranalytics.com within 30 days of receiving your order. They will guide you through the return process.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
- Please securely package the items to prevent damage during transit and include the original packing slip or a note with your order number and the reason for return.
3. Refund or Exchange:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement item is not available, a refund will be processed instead.
4. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and its packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
